Susie Townshend is the sole owner and manager of Mountainside Treasures. She established the company when she moved with her family to Park City, to escape their 6 hour weekly commute from New York City to Northern Vermont, where her children were growing into avid ski racers. She has spent several years managing her own condos on VRBO, one in Park City, Utah and one in Jay Peak, Vermont, and as such she understands first hand the specific opportunities and challenges of renting in the Park City market as well as the difficulties that can arise with owning, using and renting a property away from home.
Most importantly however, Susie's passion is to be involved in helping people create their dream vacation in the mountains. The easier the process is, from planning and booking, to arrivals, accomodations, activity ideas and equipment rentals, the happier the visitor will be and the more able they are to experience the wonders of Park City. Her best reward is undoubtedly the delighted client and their families, who are thrilled by wonderful vacations, from start to finish.

"This was a last minute booking when the snow started to fall late April at Jay Peak. We reached out about this condo in the morning. Susie responded right away and we managed to complete the booking within an hour. We drove 4.5 hours and checked in that night! The condo was fully prepped for us and very clean. "I escaped from work and came to Jay with my girlfriends for a biking/hiking trip. In addition to making the reservation process and arrival so smooth, Susie was great in pointing out the places of interest, including bike shops around to suit our needs - and the local butcher!!!
